Playing Well

The LSU Basketball team is playing well at this given time, but their true test will come when the transition to the SEC.

There are several players that are playing extremely well at this point in time. Let’s start off with Bo Spencer. This young man seems to have made some radical improvements in his skills since the end of the previous season. He has developed himself into a excellent guard who can both score and dish out the assists. Brandon Bass’s little brother who is the back up point guard seems to be a better player than I originally thought.

Trent Johnson has gotten over a big hurdle in getting the veterans on this team to buy into his system. The Johnson, Temple, Thornton crew has bought into it hook, line and sinker. This is a gigantic reason that even as they might struggle with some teams like the UL Cajuns, they still have a great chance to win the game.

It is a long season and it remains to be seen just how good this team will be.
