The off season is a very important for this particular front office.
The moves started with Gary Gibbs was let go and Greg Williams was hired. There were other changes in the coaching staff that did not fit with the philosophy of the coordinator.
Then there is the GM and the scouts. They have to do their jobs and do them well because if they have another bad year with the moves they make, or they will be gone.
The fans are definitely watching.
