Sure, it takes a lot of money to go to a MLB game and an NFL game but they are the cheaper things out there.
The NBA on the other hand, has priced itself out of the reach of the common fan.
When the fan has to spend near a thousand dollars to get himself and over a thousand to get his family into the game, that is a definite problem.
It is much the same in boxing.
I know nothing about hockey tickets.
The fact of the matter is that somewhere down the line, I expect that the NFL and the MLB will be the same way but it seems that they are trying hard to forestall that from happening until sometimes really far down the line.
