I think that it is time that the Houston Astros to think about breaking the team down.
There are a list of players that would garner a pretty penny in terms of players. They are:
Roy Oswalt
Jose Valverde
Lance Berkman
Carlos Lee
Miguel Tejada
Ivan Rodriguez
Mike Hampton
Wandy Rodriguez
That is the list.
The team needs to make the decision to do what they did in the early 1990's. They let their veterans go and built with youngsters. Sure, they had a couple of bad years but starting 1993, they went on a eighteen year streak of being an above five hundred, winning team.
That is exactly what needs to happen.
