The current Hierarchy of the New Orleans Saints, and in particular, the head coach likes and has a proclivity to choose to draft players from smaller colleges. They will usually do this in the middle rounds of the draft but if things stand as they are, they will have to do it earlier.
There are going to be some very good players from smaller colleges that will be in the first three rounds.
