The ‘New’ Alex Box Stadium was opened in much the same way as the ‘Old’ Alex Box was closed, with a win.

Even though the stadium has some cosmetic things that need to be done to it, it automatically has become the best baseball facility in the conference andon of the best in the nation.
What this will allow LSU do to is to, not only, bid for a regional but also bid for a super regional. It will make it more likely that LSU will get a super regional.
Expect that ir LSU remains in the hunt for the championships that the stadium will get a lot of accolades.
