(As it gets lade in the NFL year and your team will not make it into the playoffs, it is better for said team to lose than to win. Additionally is better to lose more often.)

I have done many a posts of this exact issue.

I would wager to say that in the back of most fans minds they think the very same thing. They may not want to publically admit it but I think that is a truth.

Being 500 is not necessarily a good thing. Sure, it I can be a good thing but what if the coach and his team was 500 for a series of years. 500 gives them the ability to say “All we have to do is to bring in the right players on both the free agent side and the draft side.” They will refuse to make the moves that should be made to make the team better.

Change for change sake is not necessarily a good thing but in this case it is.
